This conference will bring together a diverse range of speakers from across the UK and Europe to examine the valuable lessons learned over the past 35 years of responding to drug-related issues, with a particular focus on the Scottish context. Equally important, the conference will take stock of our current situation and look ahead to emerging themes and challenges that lie ahead.
