Deliberar

Deliberar is a civil society organisation present in Colombia and Mexico. We provide information based on scientific evidence, so that people can make informed decisions about substance use, both legal and illegal, so that they can preserve their physical and mental health, as well as prevent legal, social, labour, etc. problems. Our focus is on mental health care and we prioritise populations in different situations of vulnerability, for example, mothers who use drugs, young people, people deprived of their liberty or released from the prison system.
